What is the Charlotte PopUp Day Party?

It is a beautiful CIAA PopUP Day Party where grown folks who enjoy to eat and dance gather to celebrate Tournament LIFE, LOVE, and COMMUNITY. This event is what Charlotte and each guest makes it.
PopUp Events always brings together thousands of people to spontaneously celebrate creativity!

Location
Extravaganza Depot Banquet 1610 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28206 (FREE PARKING)You buy your ticket and plan your day party, this year’s goal is to be able to celebrate everything Charlotte has to offer from the venue, parks, waterfronts, and urban skylines.

Dress Code
All white attire is the theme that pulls this tournament weekend day party gathering together but creativity is the only thing that\’s mandatory. We love to see hats, belts, accessories and more in the color of your choice. Be playful, be beautiful, be YOU!

Tabletop Décor
We will provide tables, white linen tablecloth and chairs. The rest is up to you and the extent of your table\’s creativity. After setting up, guests wander the venue, wine glass in hand, to see what others have created and meet new people!

Food
We believe sharing a meal is an expression of love. Everyone prepares and packs their own delicious meal to be shared among the guests at their table.

Wine & Spirits
Since so much time and care went into creating the menu, it\’s certainly not a day for ordinary vino and we want you to enjoy the day event where you don\’t have to wait in line. You can pre-order your wine. Wine and spirits will be available at the venue for purchase for this extravagant event. *Please note: This event is 21 and older event.

Entertainment
Music is the soul of any party and Charlotte PopUp Day Party is no different. Music by Charlotte best DJ 06. You have no idea which musical artist might take the stage on March 4th, so we are keeping that secret! You can be sure the music will get people out of their chairs and onto their feet.
